1.About us

This website is operated by Mitra Eco Exports LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLP No. ACU-4168), with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We are exporters of natural fertilizers and soil enhancers, including cow dung powder, vermicompost, natural compost and natural manure.

2.Purpose of this website

This website provides information about our company and products and allows you to submit enquiries. The content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to sell. All product details are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of quotation.

3.Enquiries, quotations & orders

• Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. It is an invitation for us to provide a quotation.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to product availability, prevailing prices, the agreed Incoterms (such as CIF or FOB) and final confirmation.
• A binding sale is formed only when both parties confirm a specific order in writing — typically through a proforma invoice or a separate sales contract — which will govern that transaction.

4.Products & specifications

Our products are natural agricultural inputs. As such, characteristics such as colour, texture, moisture and nutrient values may vary naturally between batches within accepted tolerances. Samples and stated values are representative and not an exact guarantee of every consignment. Test reports for a specific batch are provided where applicable.

5.Samples

Free product samples may be offered to genuine buyers, up to a maximum of 1 kg per product. Courier and shipping charges for samples are borne by the buyer. Sample availability is at our discretion.

6.Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted on enquiry and depend on product, grade, quantity, packaging, destination and Incoterms. Pricing, payment terms and delivery terms for any order are those set out in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.

7.Shipping & delivery

Indicative transit times shown on the website are estimates only and may vary due to port, carrier, customs and other factors beyond our control. Risk and title pass in accordance with the agreed Incoterms for each order.

8.Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Mitra Eco Exports name, logo, text, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to Mitra Eco Exports LLP and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9.Acceptable use
